3D bagtainer® plastic collapsible-version
The collapsible plastic bagtainer® offers many advantages in the logistics process. The design is collapsible, accessible from two sides, and stackable. Particularly when empty, it allows for storage of many plastic bagtainers® on a minimized footprint. To enhance user-friendliness during bag insertion, front loading flaps are available for volumes starting from 500L. The bagtainer® is available in both top-drain and bottom-drain variants with an integrated hose compartment. Our plastic bagtainers® are used for both the storage and transport of media and buffer solutions.

3D bagtainer® rigid plastic
The 3D bagtainer® rigid plastic series is specifically designed to address your on-site challenges and is manufactured from FDA-compliant plastics. Similar to a stainless steel bagtainer®, all technical details can be customized.

2D bagtainer® plastic trays
For all 2D single-use bag volumes, we offer custom trays made from FDA-compliant plastics. Our designs are tailored to your specific needs and can be customized based on the application. Design options include lids, stackable trays, hose compartments and holders, foldable feet for tilt adjustment, custom shelving, and transport frames. Our designs provide handling advantages with rounded edges, ergonomic designs, weight-optimized construction, and smooth welds for easy cleaning. Handling is simplified for users with our frame and transport systems, and for heavier loads, MasterMover couplings can also be integrated. Our systems are commonly used for the pre-storage of media and process liquids in cold rooms before being integrated into the respective process step.
