For volumes starting at 500L, we also recommend using a MasterMover, which we can provide as well.

Route train
For even more efficient internal logistics, we offer the first cleanroom-compatible route train. Comprising two to three coupled transport frames and a cleanroom-compatible MasterMover, our route trains enhance your productivity. We can also provide the appropriate cleanroom-compatible MasterMover.

Cleanroom Transfer System – Efficient and Contamination-Free Transfer
Our transfer system is the ideal solution for biopharmaceutical manufacturers who need to ensure the highest purity standards in their production facilities. It consists of two connectable transport frames which are joined in the transfer zone between the white and black area. bagtainer® or other equipment is seamlessly transferred in the center of the transfer zone. The typically labor-intensive cleaning of wheels and transport frames is eliminated, and the risk of contamination is virtually excluded. The benefits of our system have been validated through sampling before and after use of the transfer system. In addition to our bagtainers®, other equipment can also be transferred using our system.

Pallet Top Frames
Our pallet top frames offer a flexible and secure solution for storing and transporting bagtainers® on cleanroom pallets. By placing bagtainers® on the top frame, you can maximize storage space in warehouses, facilitate transportation on conveyor belts, or transport multiple units with electric pallet trucks with ease. Our top frames can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
