Absolute safety for bioprocess fluids
The bulk liquids are completely protected when handled with bagtainer®: no contamination of the liquids, no damage to the Single-Use Bags, no loss of liquids. While the Storing bagtainer® can be closed, the transport containers are equipped with a special safety device that not only shields the medium but also reduces the momentum of the liquid. Since the products are made of stainless steel, they are easy to keep sterile and also suitable for cleanrooms!
Detail-oriented development for the pharmaceutical industry
bagtainer® are designed for bulk liquid handling in the biopharmaceutical sector – and as such precisely tailored to this purpose. The ports of the Single-Use Bags are easily accessible from above for filling and emptying purposes. Hose compartments, straps and other safety equipment ensure the proper storage and transport of the liquids. The positions of the ports also allow for the simple integration of the bagtainer® into existing processes.

The pharmaceutical containers are available as different models: from a filling capacity of 5 to 3000 L to various expansion options that can be integrated. These include mixing systems, heating and cooling options, scales and lift systems for the bags. Note: Whether you use 2D or 3D Single-Use Bags does not matter.
